As the Senior Art Director at Workday, I spearheaded the redesign of the website for their annual conference, Workday Rising. My goal was to infuse the website with the vibrant energy of the conference while maintaining alignment with the Workday brand. Working independently, I leveraged existing product iconography and collaborated with the video team to integrate dynamic video content, showcasing the synergy of the event. Through extensive research and curation of photography from previous years, I incorporated motion design and HTML5 animations to elevate the user experience and highlight Workday's commitment to innovation. The project deliverables included the website layout and an end-to-end digital experience encompassing marketing materials, emails, and banners. The design received overwhelmingly positive feedback which lead to my involvement in extending the design to that year’s look and feel.
